How payment works

Reserve LeLamp with a deposit on Stripe Checkout. When your unit is ready, we’ll email you a Stripe link to pay the rest.

Cancelling before shipment

Cancel any time before we charge the remaining balance for a full refund (including the deposit). Just email operations@humancomputerlab.com.

Returns after delivery

You can return LeLamp within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Please send it back in like-new condition with all parts, accessories, and packaging.

Return shipping

If you changed your mind, you cover return shipping. If it arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping or send a free replacement.

How to start a return

Email operations@humancomputerlab.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with the return address and simple packing/shipping steps. Once we receive and check the product, we’ll process your refund.

What isn’t refundable

Missing parts or damage from misuse. Original shipping charges (if any).
